ASSOCIATION OUTLINE

Membership in this Association shall be limited to enthusiasts pursuing Amateur & Experimental Rocketry activities and willing to operate within a closed circle of dedicated participation.

FORMATION OUTLINE NAME

A - The Name of the Association shall be Nevada AeroSpace Science Associates.

B - The acronym NASSA, or the name NASSA NEVADA, may be used to represent the Association.

PURPOSE and GOALS

A - To unite like-minded people in the pursuit of Amateur, Experimental and Semi-Professional Rocketry technologies, whether for profit or knowledge.

B - To collect, assimilate and distribute current and future research and acquired technology for and amongst it's members.

C - To act as a central clearing point for liaison with local, state and federal agencies.

D - To create and maintain an environment and facility to conduct rocketry activities, experimentation and research in a safe and productive manner.

E - To obtain and acquire property, facility and equipment for the operation, continuation and growth of the Association and it's members.

F - To conduct any and all business for the membership related to any and all phases of rocketry and not just limited to those listed.

MEMBERSHIP & FEES

A - Nevada AeroSpace Science Associates will be a Closed Membership in the fact that membership shall be through invitation only.

B - New Members shall be sponsored by an existing NASSA Member and must meet approval of ALL existing NASSA Members.

C - All New NASSA Members shall be required to commit attendance of the Annual Member's Meeting to be held at least once per year for the purpose of conducting Associational Business

D - ALL NASSA Members shall pledge to assessments on, and for, Associational Projects and Expenses.

These assessments shall be based on cost/number of Members.

Associational Projects and Expenses shall be those agreed upon by ALL existing Members.
•
Individual Projects will be covered by the Individual Member unless agreed upon by ALL existing Members.

E - ALL NASSA Members shall commit to attending the annual meeting no matter where it is located, which will usually be Nevada.

F - In lieu of Assessments there shall be no Monthly Dues.
