ANGLED SANDER

Eric Haberman fabricates a lot of his own tools. These three images are his fin foiler. It is a motor with a sanding wheel mounted on an angled base. The angle of the motor can be adjusted for various degrees of edging. The table is custom built and travels on motorized screws like the drive on the metal lathe. It is reversible. The table travels on its own and you just hold the material against the guide. The tube is the vacuum line to keep dust to a minimum. Click on each picture to see a larger image.
