DIRECTIONS

The Launch Site is located south of Pittsburgh a little past the town of Republic, PA. Which is a little past Brownsville, PA.

Basic directions are take I-70 (east from Washington or west from New Stanton) to State Highway 43 (turnpike extension). Head south on Hwy 43 and exit at Rt 40, turn left from ramp onto Rt 40 toward Brownsville.

Go through Brownsville then turn right onto Rt 166. (Thornton Road?). At the top of the hill a McDonalds is on the left. Stay on Rt 166 about 4.3 miles through the town of Republic. Then take a slight right onto "Keeny Row/State Rt 4006" (may also be marked as "New Salem Road")

Continue about 1.5 mile to T intersection, turn left onto Riverside Road. Follow Riverside Road about 1.5 miles to entrance to field. (We'll probably have signs at this point.)

The access road, while unpaved, can be traveled in any family car without any problems. More information will be posted.
