L+ MOTOR REQUEST FORM

Persons wishing to conduct a L Class launch, or larger, at any of the DRAGON'S FIRE Launches conducted by Tripoli Pittsburgh are requested to complete the following form and submit it for approval. The information gathered here will not only be used for approving the flight but it will also eliminate any last minute problems at the launch site and assist the group with statistical data.

This form needs filled out for all L Flights whether Commercial or Research.
